Throughout April 2006, Channel 4’s 4Talent launched the world's first short film festival on moving trains, across the West Midlands. Born from a desire to optimise new platforms to get quality short films to a wider audience, Rolling Stock offered over 1 million passengers the opportunity to be part of an international festival.

Uniquely, the festival incorporated a text voting system allowing the audience to choose their favourite film. By doing so they won prizes for themselves and the filmmakers.

But the films haven’t disappeared down the track for good. The Rolling Stock website gives you the opportunity to see every piece of work shown in the festival, online. Enjoy!
